ACTIV-8^® Drier Stabilizer and Accelerator is used to improve dry times in paints and coatings that dry by oxidative polymerization. ACTIV-8 functions as a chelating agent for the primary driers cobalt and manganese. ACTIV-8 works in coating based on conventional alkyds, high solids alkyds, polyurethanes and uralkyds. ACTIV-8 is designed for solvent-borne systems.
