DARVAN® Dispersing Agent

DARVAN® 670 Dispersing Agent

A powdered form of sodium salt of condensed naphthalene sulfonic acid. It is very effective for prevention of settling and viscosity of mineral pigment slurries.

DARVAN® 7-N Dispersing Agent

A solution of sodium salt of a polymethacrylate acid. It is very effective for dispersing mineral fillers in latex paing formulas.

DARVAN® 811 Dispersing Agent

A solution of sodium polyacrylate. It is a highly effective dispersant of mineral pigment slurries such as kaolin clay, calcium carbonate, wollastonite and TiO2.

DARVAN® 1 Spray Dried Dispersing Agent

DARVAN 1 Spray Dried is a powdered form of sodium salt of polymerized alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acids. It is highly effective to disperse a wide variety of powders including carbon black, inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and mineral fillers.

DARVAN® C-N Dispersing Agent

A highly efficient anionic dispersing agent for mineral pigments and extenders used in both interior and exterior water-borne paints and coatings. Flat and semi-gloss finishes benefit from the use of DARVAN C-N.

DARVAN® 670L Dispersing Agent

A liquid anionic dispersing agent for the preparation of aqueous dispersions of colored pigments, dyes, extender pigments, etc. that are used in the manufacture of water-borne paints and coatings. It is effective for viscosity reduction of high solids dispersions of red iron oxide and similar pigments. It functions as a pitch control agent for pulp and papermaking, and is useful in the recovery of tall oil from pulp mill black liquor. DARVAN 670L also acts as a secondary dispersant and emulsion stabilizer in emulsions of synthetic rubber products.

DARVAN® 7-NS Dispersing Agent

The powder form of DARVAN 7-N, is a very effective dispersant for pigments in aqueous systems.
